Secondary 亚洲成人网 at TAS provides a nurturing setting to equip students with the skills, knowledge, friendships and independence that will follow them through life. It is a time of transition where students move from the dependency and consistency of single-teacher classrooms to more independent schooling.聽

Throughout their six-year journey in Secondary 亚洲成人网, students will experience study and leadership opportunities that will help them learn, grow and develop strength of character and ultimately provided with the guidance they need to reach the graduate pathway of their choice.聽

The fourth industrial revolution is well underway 鈥 and it’s paving the way for radical disruption in almost every industry. The workplace as we know it is changing and becoming more dynamic, and there is a greater emphasis placed on technology and automation.

Student Expectations
As a representative of the school, students are asked to align their actions with our school's core values 鈥 integrity, compassion, perseverance, and curiosity. Additionally,聽students are expected to abide by the following social practices:

  • Respect your peers, their opinions and their right to learn.

  • Care for school property by keeping a litter-free environment, behaving in a safe manner and leaving dangerous items at home.
  • Take responsibility for your actions and learning outcomes by displaying commitment.

  • Careers & Pathway Program – Students have the opportunity to explore career options and pathways through university partnerships, Work Experience Programs and support of the school careers team.
  • Pastoral Care Program – At the core of our school is the well being and health of students. This is prioritised through our Pastoral Care Program.

DIAGNOSTICS

  • Progressive Assessment – Ongoing feedback is provided to parents and students regarding both formative and summative assessment using the research of Professor John Hattie as the guiding principle.
  • PAT (Progressive Achievement Tests) – A series of diagnostics, held twice a year, that provide teachers with objective, norm-referenced information about their students鈥 skills in and understanding of Mathematics, Science and English.
